- Coordinate with Abu Dhabi Immigration, Labor Department, and other government authorities to process visas, labour contracts, labour cards, renewals, and other government-related documents promptly.
• Ensure timely communication and provision of accurate information to the concerned ISP/ESP and internal stakeholders, minimizing delays and complaints.
• Ensure all tenancy contracts, trade licenses, Chamber certificates, registrations, and other statutory documents are renewed on time without any lapse.
• Coordinate the registration of new contracts and ensure all submissions are completed accurately and without errors.
• Arrange and renew security passes and other access-related permits within the required timelines.
• Coordinate the collection and timely submission of tenders and work closely with the Accounts Department to ensure bank guarantees are collected and deposited with the concerned authorities/departments.
• Coordinate with various embassies and consulates to obtain business visas and other required documentation for employees within the required timelines.
• Maintain and organize government-related documents, records, and personnel files, ensuring proper documentation and easy accessibility when required.
• Provide administrative and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and legal requirements related to visas, labor matters, gratuity payments, employee separations, and other government processes.
• Monitor government-related deadlines and ensure timely completion of all transactions to avoid fines, penalties, or operational disruptions.
• Document and track negative communications or complaints received from customers/ISP/ESP and coordinate with the Reporting Officer to resolve them promptly.
• Maintain a proactive approach to government relations and administrative matters to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PRO activities
• Should have UAE driving license
• Fluency in spoken Arabic is mandatory, with good command of English preferred
